2014년 12월 10일 현재 저비용항공 (LCC, Low Cost Carrier) 자회사 진에어 (Jin Air, LJ / JNA) 포함 대한항공 (Korean Air, KE / KAL) 보유기 현황 입니다. 조종사 교육용 소형기 및 응급의료헬기 (닥터헬기 / 회전익기) 는 제외 하였습니다.

 

대한항공은 아래 보유기들 외, 대한민국 대통령 전용기로 임대된 747-4B5 1대, 우즈베키스탄항공 (Uzbekistan Airways) 임대 Airbus A300B4-622R(F) 화물기 2대, 체코항공 (Czech Airlines) 임대 Airbus A330-323 여객기 1대등을 추가로 보유하고 있습니다.

 

2013년 7월 올려놓았던 보유현황과 비교하자면, 1980년대 후반부터 운용하였던 Airbus A300B4-622 기들을 전량 퇴역 시켜다는 점 입니다.

 

1975년 A300B4-103 기종 초도기 도입을 시작으로, 1987년 개량형 A300B4-622 기종 도입, 뒤이어 A300B4-622R 기종을 도입하여, 고유가 시절에 효자 노릇을 톡톡히 하던 기종, 중동 근로자 수송을 담당하면서 수많은사연과 애환을 담고 있던 기종, 그리고 1990년대 한때는 아시아권에서 A300 기종 운용 최대 항공사로 자리매김 하였던 적도 있었던 점을 고려한다면, 역시 가는 세월은(?) 어쩔수 없었다고 봅니다.

 

대한항공은 A300 기종의 이러한 헌신(?)을 기리는 의미에서 1975년 9월 도입하였던 A300B4-103 2호기 HL7219 (제작순서 16번기) 를 제주 정석비행장/정석항공관에 영구 보관하고 있습니다.

 

또한 지난 1년여 동안 Airbus A380 대형기의 도입을 10대로 완료하고, 자회사 진에어로는 2006년 도입하였던 BoeingB777-2B5 1대 (HL7743) 를 넘겨줌으로써, 진에어의 장거리 노선 취항이 가능하게 되었습니다.

 

2016년 역시 두자릿수에 이르는 보유기 현황 변동이 있을 것으로 예상되며, 아래 태그에서 [대한항공 보유기] 로 들어가면 2010년부터 올려놓았던 보유기 현황 자료들을 참조하실 수 있습니다.
